Westwoodpost is seeking a Caregiver/Driver to provide daily care and transportation for behavioral residents to medical appointments. The position requires a valid Arizona Caregiver Certification and Driver's License, along with the ability to assist residents in daily activities
Job Summary
Provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Must be comfortable driving a company van to take behavioral residents to medical appointments.
At times when you are not out on appointment with a resident, you will be on the floor working as a caregiver.
