Employees are responsible for loading component materials, performing finishing operations, and inspecting parts visually with microscopes or dimensionally to assure conformance to requirements.

Base: $19.00 - $27.42 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Cash-based incentive program supporting pay-for-performance philosophy; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, adoption benefits, parental leave, 401(k) with match, 80 hours holidays plus PTO

2 years related work experience operating machinery
