Job Summary
The Program Consultant / Monitor position administers program monitoring, consultation, technical assistance, and training for agencies operating within the HIV Care Program of the Communicable Disease Branch.
This role conducts monitoring of supported subrecipients, develops Requests for Applications and annual Continuation Applications, and oversees contracts and Agreement Addenda to ensure alignment with federal and state program guidance.
