Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or related
  • 7–10+ years of experience in L&D or Curriculum Design
  • 3-5 years supporting Food & Beverage, Retail, Hospitality, or Field Operations
  • Proven experience managing a team of trainers or specialists
  • Expert-level experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
