Key Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or related
7–10+ years of experience in L&D or Curriculum Design
3-5 years supporting Food & Beverage, Retail, Hospitality, or Field Operations
Proven experience managing a team of trainers or specialists
Expert-level experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
