Job Summary

  • The primary role of this position is to provide telephone triage and clinical advice to patients and their carers in the Victorian community.
  • The After-Hours Coordinator (AHC) component of this role is responsible for the smooth and efficient functioning of the Service in the absence of the Operations Manager in accordance with the objectives and policies of the Service.
