Job Summary

  • The Strategic Technology & Capture Sourcing Manager leads a team of technologists and supply chain specialists that help shape sourcing strategies for tech discriminators and priority captures within the Mission Systems (MS) sector.
  • This manager partners across internal functions (including Business Development, Strategy, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Global Supply Chain), Divisions, suppliers, and Industrial Base Policy organizations to shape investment and design decisions that improve speed, producibility, affordability, and capacity.
  • The successful candidate will be highly collaborative, a strong communicator, and a strategic thinker, comfortable executing in ambiguous and fast-moving situations.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance
  • US Citizenship
