Rock Honda of Fontana is seeking an experienced Service Advisor, preferably with Honda experience, to facilitate automotive services and repairs by acting as a liaison between customers and technicians. The role requires strong communication skills, basic mechanical understanding, and prior experience as a service advisor
Job Summary
Serve as the communicator and liaison between the customer and technician, ensuring the customer’s needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer.
Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor, calculating customer's payment, including deductibles.
Administer the manufacturer warranty for qualifying vehicle repairs and keep the customer informed of service specials, completion times, and service expenses.
