Familiarize and master one or several material testing methods, and be able to safely complete corresponding material testing work according to operating procedures.
Participate in laboratory safety assurance activities including but not limited to safety 5S walks, safety audits, safety topic sharing, and continuous improvement supervision.
Participate in laboratory PQVC (People, Quality, Rate, Cost) activities, provide continuous improvement suggestions, and participate in the resolution process.
