Job Summary

  • The Principal Electrical Engineer will create the strategy, change management plan, and lead execution of capital initiatives which accelerate the organization’s drive to optimize multi-site power demand/cost profile.
  • This role requires a visionary leader with strong technical expertise, financial acumen, Operations & Supply Chain experience, program management skills, and the ability to align cross-functional teams to achieve world class energy profile.
  • Oversee large-scale capital projects. Responsible to drive and own the EBITDA step change in power demand costs.
