Job Summary

• The Director of Brokerage is responsible for realizing the full potential of their respective broker pod (approximately 50-70 brokerage professionals) and is ultimately accountable to provide strategic leadership and execution of our business plan.
• Lead bi-annual Talent Review with HR business partner and provide ongoing broker feedback and coaching.
