  • Employees must identify residents using wristbands or photo cards before providing care and report all changes in condition or incidents promptly to the Nurse Supervisor.
  • The role requires assisting with daily personal care needs including bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding while maintaining the dignity and comfort of residents.
