  • The Director, Employee Experience India will serve as the main point of contact for escalated inquiries, performance management, employee well-being, employee relations, and compliance for approximately 800 employees.
  • This role will proactively partner with local business unit leaders, oversee the local Employee Experience team, and collaborate with global HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence.
