Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for the coordination of the entire transplant process from day of referral to time of transplant for potential heart and lung transplant candidates.
  • Serves as liaison for transplant team with pulmonologists, cardiologists, consulting services, dietetics, social services and insurance company representatives/case managers.
  • Develops and conducts educational programs for patients and medical & nursing staff within Ohio and contiguous area.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's level degree required
