** Silfex is seeking a Process Engineer 3 to develop and optimize chemical etch and cleaning processes for silicon components used in semiconductor technology. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in chemical engineering, particularly with wet chemistries, and possess experience in a manufacturing environment. **

Job Summary

  • Position is responsible for developing, optimizing, and controlling critical chemical etch and cleaning processes of Silicon and other brittle materials to meet semiconductor grade cleanliness for dielectric etch and deposition applications.
  • The position is the subject matter expert for Silicon cleaning for Semiconductor components in the company; and leads and establish required etch clean processes to customers.

  • Experience in Lean technologies and advanced problem solving/6-sigma skills
