Job Summary
The NC FAST Trainer develops and delivers system training (classroom and eLearning) to DHHS and county DSS staff on nine economic benefit and social services programs managed through NC FAST.
Responsibilities include leading training sessions, managing classrooms, preparing materials, evaluating student progress, and recommending continued training.
