Job Summary
Evaluate patients within twenty four (24) hours, or 1 business day of physician referral, and develop effective treatment plans approved by the referring physician.
Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and aides while assisting nursing staff and participating in various patient care and rehabilitation conferences.
Record detailed evaluations and treatment notes in compliance with state practice acts and third party payer requirements, and facilitate discharge planning including caregiver training and equipment recommendations.
