Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in ServiceNow HW/SW Asset Management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or equivalent
  • 10+ years Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management and/or Software Asset Management (HAM/SAM)
  • 5+ years using product management practices
  • Proven ability to perform business analysis
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models
