The Senior Product Developer is responsible for driving the end-to-end development, engineering, fit, and margin adherence for new and existing footwear from Final Design Review to Commercialization.
This role requires partnering with VF Asia Development, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure products meet design intent, production best practices, and predetermined margin targets.

Salary
Base: $99,360.00 - $124,200.00 USD annually; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual incentive plan or commission; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years footwear product development experience
Performance running or performance product focus
Advanced knowledge of pattern engineering and tooling
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and 3D design tools
Experience with VF Asia Development and supplier management
Ability to drive high quality product fit optimization
Nice-to-have
Strong cross-functional communication skills
Mentoring capabilities for other developers

Key Requirements
5+ years of Footwear Product Development experience
Focus on performance running or performance product
International travel required 2x per calendar year
