Job Summary
This role is responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for energy retrofits, engineering upgrades, and infrastructure modernization work.
Key responsibilities include developing detailed cost estimates from conceptual design through final construction documents and evaluating subcontractor and vendor quotes.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field with a minimum of 7+ years of estimating experience.
