Key Requirements

  • MS/Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Computational Biology, Physics, or related
  • 5+ years post-PhD industrial experience
  • Deep theoretical and practical knowledge of DNA sequence analysis algorithms
  • Expert-level proficiency in ML/DL frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras)
  • Advanced proficiency in Linux/Unix environments and Bash scripting
  • Mastery of Nextflow (DSL2)
  • Expert-level proficiency in Python and software engineering principles
