  • Assists Program Administrator with day-to-day oversight of residence through supervision of assigned direct support staff and those on shift.
  • Ensures the appropriate, therapeutically documented level of supervision in all settings to ensure and protect the health, safety and habilitation of the people we support.
  • Provides effective leadership on shift and develops a team that provides quality care and positive outcomes by establishing a work environment that is free from harassment and discrimination.

Key Requirements

  • 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year direct care experience with I/DD
  • 6 months supervisory experience
  • California DSPT Year 1 and Year 2 completion
  • RBT certification (or obtain within 60 days)
  • Group Home or Adult Residential Facility Administrator certification (or obtain within 15 months)
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Familiarity with CA Lanterman Act, Title 17 and 22
  • Facility Manager Training completion within 30 days
  • Residential Services Orientation completion
  • CPR/First Aid, Ukeru, CPI certifications
  • Annual continuing education units (CEUs)
