Job Summary

  • You'll help determine if companies are reporting information that investors and others can rely on.
  • As a member of the Capital Markets practice within CMAAS, you will assist clients with accounting and financial reporting requirements related to initial public offerings (IPOs), bond issuances, mergers and acquisitions, and other technical accounting issues and capital market transactions.
  • The successful candidate will support clients on complex accounting and financial reporting matters related to capital markets transactions, including IPOs, debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and other related activities.
