Must-have

  • 4 years semiconductor equipment experience
  • Bachelor degree in engineering or education
  • Knowledge of CSG MF and FI systems
  • Experience with Vistara Centris Endura tools
  • Factory Interface 6.x system knowledge
  • Technical troubleshooting and maintenance skills

Nice-to-have

  • Instructional Design certification
  • Curriculum development experience
  • Videography and photography skills
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • International travel capability

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in engineering, education, or training
  • 4 years professional semiconductor equipment experience
  • 2 years formal or informal training delivery experience
  • Nationally recognized Instructional Design certification (preferred)
  • US work authorization required for Austin/Santa Clara locations
