The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a knowledge of the facilities, with a focus on maintaining a professional demeanor during events

Job Summary

  • Serve as the main point of contact for gate locations during the event door opening process.
  • Resolve any front of house patron, ticket, or building issue that requires a management presence.
  • Track, compile, and provide post-event notes for every event attended.
