Jencap is seeking an Underwriter for their Non-profit and Social Services lines based in Bothell, WA. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of commercial underwriting experience and will be responsible for evaluating and pricing insurance applications while developing broker relationships

Job Summary

  • The Underwriter will review, evaluate, markets and prices new and renewal applications, endorsements, and related documents by performing the following essential job functions within Company/Agency granted authority.
  • Examines and evaluates documents such as application forms, inspection reports, financial reports, product brochures, company referral agreements, and other pertinent documents to determine degree of risk, underwriting and market selection.
