Job Summary
The Jefe de Mantenimiento Electromecánico de Empaque is responsible for ensuring efficient and continuous operation of packaging production equipment while minimizing downtime and maintaining quality and safety standards.
This role leads maintenance teams, manages budgets, plans and executes preventive and corrective maintenance, and drives continuous improvement initiatives using Unilever's UMS methodology.
The position requires close coordination with multiple departments including Engineering, Production, SHE, and Procurement to optimize processes and support new projects.

Key Requirements
Degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial or Chemical Engineering
Experience leading workshop teams
Knowledge of maintenance planning cycles and predictive tools
