Job Summary
The job holder is responsible to assist for all HR functional/operation areas in a timely and constructive manner, to provide HR related Operation support as follows: any administration support for hands-on management of all recruitment processes including onboarding, recruiting coordination, supporting overall HR-related expenses, training and development program support.
Maintains and updates personnel administration, including matters such as job changes and terminations in Workday and the HR shared folder, and is responsible for various governance-related administrative support, etc.
