Job Summary

  • The job holder is responsible to assist for all HR functional/operation areas in a timely and constructive manner, to provide HR related Operation support as follows: any administration support for hands-on management of all recruitment processes including onboarding, recruiting coordination, supporting overall HR-related expenses, training and development program support.
  • Maintains and updates personnel administration, including matters such as job changes and terminations in Workday and the HR shared folder, and is responsible for various governance-related administrative support, etc.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR or related field
  • Minimum 2 years' Talent Acquisition or HR Generalist experience
