This role includes the effective communication with relevant staff or sub-contractors to ensure tasks are allocated efficiently and maintenance occurs in accordance with contractual standards.
Ensuring customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers and service recipients.

Key Requirements

Australian standards – building / commercial maintenance
Australian and state based HSE legislation
