Job Summary
As a Managing Consultant within Organization, Purpose & Strategy (OPS), you will play a key role in shaping and realizing strategy by (re)designing the organization and guiding transformations.
You will be (co-)responsible for designing and realizing complex transformations, from strategy to implementation, and will have a leading role in shaping the project approach, managing the project team, and client dialogue.
You will work within the OPS team, part of the Workforce & Organization practice, a close-knit, young, and ambitious team working on leading transformations primarily in the public sector, energy & utilities (ET&U) market, and the Consumer Products, Retail and Distribution (CPRD) sector.

Salary
Directly a permanent contract and a fitting salary; Mobility allowance of €800 gross per month; 26 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance
