The EDI Specialist monitors production pipelines, catches failures before they reach clients, and works across internal departments and external vendors to keep transactions flowing correctly.
In the first 90 days, you will cross-train with each of the EDI team members, focusing on learning file transaction types and becoming familiar with various systems, applications, and tools.
The EDI Specialist role provides a strong pathway for growth within Operations, with opportunities to move into senior specialist or supervisor roles, and then toward Operations leadership or technical project work.
