This position is responsible for deploying, implementing and leading Continuous Improvement initiatives and facilitating World Class Operations Management methodologies for the plant.
The incumbent acts as a safety leader, working with the EHS Manager to establish policies that assure a safe working environment while optimizing efficiency and productivity.
