Base: $96,000.00 - $132,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for bonus and stock award program; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including health and wellbeing programs
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
4-7 years experience in warehouse automation
Proficiency with SAP and automation roadmaps
Experience with robotics and control systems
Knowledge of Python and PLC programming
Nice-to-have
Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Cross-functional team leadership experience
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to train staff on new technologies
Experience with GIS project management standards
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Automation, or related field
4–7 years of proven experience in warehouse automation
Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred)
