Salary

Base: $66,400.00 - $99,600.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP); Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, HSA, FSA, Life Insurance, LTD, Dependent Daycare FSA, Tuition Assistance, 401(k) with match, ESPP, EAP, Non-qualified Retirement Plan Supplement, Capital Accumulation Plan

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years purchasing experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience with MRP/ERP systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Working knowledge of quality system requirements
  • Experience in a regulated environment
  • APICS and/or CPM Certification
  • Cost accounting understanding
  • Understanding of contracts
  • Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt
