Job Summary
Manage engineering department including activities as maintenance, troubleshooting engineering and technical support covering all production equipment in compliance with GMP regulations and Sanofi HSE requirements.
Responsible for solid and sterile manufacturing/packaging equipment maintenance and trouble shooting to ensure normal production operation, including planning and ensuring availability of spare parts.
Plan and provide adequate training to employees, conduct performance appraisals, and act as an SME for engineering maintenance related discussions during audits/inspections.
