Job Summary

  • IRC is implementing a European-funded project integrating mental health and psychosocial support with employment services for Ukrainian refugee women in Italy and Bulgaria.
  • The Consultant-Evaluator will conduct a transparent, participatory evaluation using mixed methods to assess the effectiveness and socio-economic impact of the Holistic Support Center model.
  • The evaluation aims to inform continuous improvement, support advocacy for sustainability, and enable replication of the model across the EU.
