• Master’s degree and 12+ years of experience in Infrastructure Operations, with at least 5 years in management
• Bachelor’s degree and 14+ years of experience in Infrastructure Operations, with at least 6 years in management
• Demonstrated experience managing infrastructure services and teams
• Experience in people management and leading matrixed teams
• Management certifications (PMP, ITIL, Agile) preferred
• Storage & Backup certifications preferred
