Key Requirements

  • Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering degree
  • Significant experience in manufacturing, operations, quality, supply chain, or OpEx
  • Proven success in leading Lean transformations
  • Lean/Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
  • Professional proficiency in Lean tools
  • Good track record of coaching leaders
  • Good analytical skills
  • Hands-on experience in Power BI, MES, and ERP systems
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
