Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Agent for a one-year remote contract in Canada. The position requires strong bilingual communication skills in French and English, along with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while contributing to a dedicated customer service team.

Job Summary
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will maintain a high level of service to both customers and account executives in dealing with day-to-day business activity.
You will process transactions and various inquiries using Outlook, SAP and Esker, and receive distributor calls as well as some end-user calls.
