  • Use gaming and simulation solutions during Joint Fires training events, mission planning, and key leader rehearsals to aid in cultivating a learning environment that actively promotes learner engagement.

  • JTAC-Instructor, JTAC-Evaluator, or JFO-Evaluator experience
  • Virtual Reality (VR) platforms
  • Virtual Battle Space 3, Virtual Battle Space Fires, STRIKE, or FST experience
  • Training management systems and instructional oversight

Key Requirements

  • HS diploma or GED
  • Graduate of a JFS ESC formal JTAC training school or Joint Fires Observer School
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
