  • This role will serve as a thought partner to senior leadership, driving data-informed decisions that strengthen driver compliance frameworks, platform integrity, fraud & identity management and earnings transparency.
  • Own compliance analytics strategy for Driver Trust & Safety, establishing scalable measurement frameworks and KPIs.
  • Raise the analytical bar across the organization by mentoring analysts and defining best practices in data governance, documentation, and experimentation.

  • Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 2 years' experience
  • 6 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field
