Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Performing vital signs and point of care duties
  • Documenting in Electronic Health Record
  • Assisting with activities of daily living
  • 1:1 patient observation for safety
  • Lifting up to 35 pounds

Nice-to-have

  • Bi-lingual communication skills
  • Previous ESA or PCA experience
  • Enrolled in BSN or direct-entry Masters program
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Strong collaborative team environment

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
  • CNA, PCT, MA, EMT certification or commensurate experience required
  • Nursing student with completed fundamentals of nursing clinical component
  • May not currently hold a valid nursing license
