The Clinical Specialist provides area leadership in collaboration with the administrative leaders, focusing on orientation, professional development, skills/competency validation, evidence-based practice, shared governance, regulatory compliance, nurse sensitive quality indicators, and performance improvement.

Key Requirements
Associate's Degree, Nursing Diploma or Bachelor's in Nursing
Four (4) years of clinical experience
Two (2) years experience in specialty area
Two (2) years experience in leadership role
License or Certificate
Proof of legal authority to work in the United States
