Responsibilities include providing expertise in business analysis, defining business requirements, and leading cross-functional planning of data needs for complex HR programs.
The ideal candidate will work across HR Centers of Excellence, DET, and global program owners to scope requirements, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and drive end-to-end data readiness.

Key Requirements
