Job Summary
Support the Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) Team in advising mid-market clients and establishing sales anchors in corporate health insurance, group accident insurance, and expat/travel health insurance.
Independently advise and manage clients and prospects, expand existing customer relationships, and secure local service agreements and brokerage mandates.
Mercer offers a comprehensive benefits package including a Deutschlandticket subsidy, company cars, discounted sports and wellness offers, and employer-funded pension plans.
