Job Summary

  • Build excellent relationships with Orchard Agents and Orchard customers to win their future loan business through the services and offerings we provide.
  • Consult with clients about current needs and financing solutions to help them achieve their financial goals including Orchard Mortgage’s unique offerings such as our Equity Advance loan.
  • Close a high percentage of captive leads and manage pipeline of at least 10-15 loans per month, primarily purchases with some refinances.

Base: Draw against commission; Bonus/Equity: $125-175k per year depending on performance, equity in the company; Benefits: Benefits

  • Active NMLS license (Florida required)

  • Blend and Byte experience a plus
