The Personal Support Worker provides personal care and performs selected tasks under the direction of their supervisor while adhering to regulatory and Extendicare's standards, policies and procedures.

Key Requirements
Graduate of Personal Support Worker program or equivalent
Minimum 600 hours theory and practicum in Ontario & Alberta
Experience working with seniors in community health services
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification
Complete and current Vulnerable Sector Check within six months
