Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
Experience climbing ladders up to 30 ft
Nice-to-have
EPA Universal License certification
Building Automation System BAS experience
Preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment
CMMS Maximo software proficiency
