Job Summary
The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
You will be responsible for ensuring residents are comfortable, their personal care needs are met, and reporting any changes in their condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
This role requires assisting residents with daily functions, maintaining their environment, and adhering to facility policies and procedures.
