Job Summary

  • Provide technical support and guidance to field associates on malfunctioning equipment, determining and implementing corrective actions.
  • Deliver training on all types of equipment, provide guidance at job sites, and distribute necessary written information to field personnel.
  • Take control and responsibility for the quality of all service work, new installations, and modernization, utilizing data to resolve problems and suggest constructive changes.

  • Working knowledge of Otis and non-Otis software
