• The Store Leader is responsible for all facets of store operations, influencing the performance of everyone who interacts with guests and developing a sales culture through individualized solutions and outstanding guest service.
• Key responsibilities include providing best-in-class guest service, supporting the total shopping environment, processing transactions accurately, promoting loyalty programs, and recruiting, hiring, and developing high-performing associates.
